Generalized Interval-Valued q-Rung Orthopair Hesitant Fuzzy Choquet Operators and Their Application

Hesitant fuzzy evaluation strategy related to the interval-valued membership and nonmembership degrees should be an appropriate choice due lack of experience, ability knowledge some decision experts. In addition, it is important reasonably model interrelationship these this work, firstly, generalized q-rung orthopair hesitant sets (GIVqROHFSs) are defined, operational rules with respect GIVqROF numbers discussed. Secondly, two types operators, which denoted as GIVqROHFCA GIVqROHFCGM, developed. Thirdly, desired properties relationships operators studied. Furthermore, a new multiple attributes group making (MAGDM) approach proposed. Finally, three experiments completed illustrate rationality developed method monotonicity concerning parameter in GIVqROHFCGM operator meets symmetrical characteristics, shows superiority reliability solving GIVqROHF problems. The main advantages work include points: (1) extending case proposing aggregation for information; (2) considering interaction among makers problems, dealing by measure; (3) introducing environment enriching mathematical tools solve decision-making
